That was what Judge Larry P. Fidler sentencing Stone Temple Pilots' singer Scott Weiland to one year of jail for violating terms of his probation. Scott suffered from the problems with drugs. Jail, rehab centers, drugs again, exile from STP, and again on drugs, probation, heroine overdose and sentence to deeming of probation.

This obviously alters STP plans for promotion of their forecoming last album (due October 26). The only access to enjoy their live show is a video shot at their live in Las Vegas August 12 which went on MTV.
