Tom Waits, rarely appearing on stage in the recent past, is planning to go to Europe where he intends to give three performances. The May "minitour" will include two concerts in Paris at the Grand Rex on May 29 and 30, and one in Warsaw at the TPSA Music and Film Festival on May 26. Taking into account Waits' cult status and the approaching dates of the concerts, I would say that we have to hurry to the consulate offices. They might, after all, deny us a visa.
