According to a report in London's Daily Mirror, Liam Gallagher, Oasis frontman, has been missing since Friday, Nov. 26, and neither wife Patsy Kensit nor brother Noel Gallagher have been able to track him down. Oasis' U.K. label, Creation Records, has issued a statement denying these reports. "Despite continued reports in the media Liam is not missing," said the statement, issued Monday by Creation. "He is currently undertaking his promotional work for the week in London as planned."

Oasis is scheduled to play its first gigs in two years beginning Friday (Dec. 3) in Philadelphia before moving on to Chicago on Dec. 4, Detroit on Dec. 5, and Los Angeles on Dec. 11.

Some sources are sure that those rumors are just a PR action.
